The Meta-Consultants’ parents are Benefit3 and Ingo Rheinbay’s business improvement practice:
Benefit3 was formed 2001 in Sydney by eight management consultants, assisted Andrew Ward in launching 3Minute Angels, now a landmark in Australian capital cities’ entertainment industry and expanding into the corporate health market.
Ingo Rheinbay’s business improvement practice was formed in 1998 in Sydney after assignments in Europe and USA.
The Meta-Consultants expands this consulting experience in three consulting practices:
- Training and licensing of methods for business improvement. The same proven methods as employed by consulting firms around the world to improve operations in client’s organisations.
The difference: Metaconsult methods empower its clients to achieve tangible improvements themselves. - Strategy consulting in respect of strategic alliances, extended workbench, outsourcing, SLAs and IT. The focus is on proven concepts with a profound impact on your, the client’s, business.
- Project & Consultant Monitoring, Due Diligence and Process Auditing on behalf of boards and executives. The complexity, (and often the ’smoke screen’) of many consulting projects requires a watchdog working on behalf of board or executive.
