Business Policies

• Fees are designed to give clients a short pay-back period, usually weeks or months.
• If the potential for improvement is not at least 20%, we won’t even think about an assignment.
• To estimate the potential for improvement and to establish the suitability of an assignment we conduct a 1 – 2 day survey in the relevant area(s) of your business.
• We observe strict confidentiality. Our clients are not named to outside parties within two years of completion of the assignment.
• You, the client, can terminate the assignment at any point in time, for any or no reason, usually with a week’s notice.
• The relevant aspects for your assignment are confirmed in plain English in a brief letter to you. Variations to this may occur and will be documented.
